ABOUT THE ROLE In our team, we develop the bank's central systems within AML/CTF. We work closely with our users and stakeholders to understand their needs and priorities to take the right steps forward. The team strives for a culture of humility where we solve problems together, pair program, and often review PRs as a group. Our main system is young and built on modern technology where we keep quality in focus even though we maintain a high pace. As a devops team, we take full responsibility for development, testing, deployment, operations, and support for our system(s). We have a strong focus on data/cybersecurity, and confidentiality is a natural part of our daily work. At Norion Bank, we have a cloud-first strategy, which means that all services are developed for and operated in Azure.ABOUT YOU We are looking for someone with several years of work experience in .NET development. We primarily seek more senior profiles, but the number of years is not the most important factor. You have experience in Azure operations and preferably also in setting up infrastructure as code; we use Bicep for this. It is natural for you to write tests for all your code.

As a person, we see that you are analytical and have an easy time understanding complex problems and systems. You see patterns, anticipate problems, and prefer robust long-term solutions.
